hi, i'm leeying. a regular customer of fashion lovers. this is definitely one of the best blog shops i ever visited and will continue to shop here for sure.
i would like to suggest that maybe you can keep members' information ( add, email etc ) so that we do not need to type our information every time we were to purchase something from each spree, kind of troublesome. =)

regarding the member's info, we will try to work on it.. after we store all particulars in our database, we will not put the particulars field in the order form compulsory.

Im not too sure how sprees are different from those in LJ, but this is my first time participating spree in FashionLovers & in blogshop =)
i find the rates alittle different from my usual sprees i participate. I used to have NTD 21++ but here its NTD20. The handling fee of $1.50 per item was really too high considering the fact it is charged on PER ITEMS basis (mine were merely necklaces) and when i got my items, there isnt anything special to the packing. So i wondered why the amount per item to be this high and it really isnt worth to pay this much (in the viewpoint of participants) for small bubble wrapping & a simple low quality brown envelope. Email stated that my postage for the items cost 80cents, but on the envelope, the stamp used cost merely 50cents.
Because its my first time participating sprees outside of LJ & i have read through FashionLovers' T&C, i joined in the spree anyway to see how difference it is & the reason for the cost. And as disappointed as i am, i find it alittle absurd to pay for the high handling fee - BUT again, i feel each place has their own T&C.
However, I LOVE how easy it is to navigate around the website, how useful the links to shipping rates/paypal rates & postage rates are in here. I think all participates definitely like the frequent updates (yeah!), prompt replies/acknowledge on payments & well-organized spree. FashionLovers has it all! But, I probably will only participate again in spree that are not available in my usual spree place due to the additional costs incurred which i feel is not worth it.
Suggestions to help us improve our service:
* lower the cost of the handling fee (EG: charge simply $1.50 or more to the order regardless of no. of items instead of PER ITEM) since the materials were only envelope, tape & bubblewrap.
* charge precise to the amount on postage cost since it wont be nice to over-charge though the difference is only small amount.
* use better quality of envelope cus the brown envelope which my items were packed in was close to tearing already.
Just my 2cents worth.
